Craving a Ham sandwich from childhood
When I was a little girl my mom would go to the local deli and by chipped ham and fresh buns. She would butter the bread and toast it in the countertop oven and heat the ham slightly in a pan on the stove. She put globs of mayonnaise on it and sometimes added cheese and it turned out to be the best ham sandwich in the world. Today I was craving a childhood memory. Yummy!

Hot Mi”ham”i Eggs
Ingredients: Leftover Easter ham fried in a pan with olive oil. Fried egg in butter, cooked to desire. Slice American cheese. Cottage cheese. Frank’s red hot sauce. Salt n pepper. Layer the dish starting with the ham then cheese slice, the fried egg, cottage cheese then Frank’s. Dash salt pepper. Enjoy!!
